Add a trusted external domain to Rival Workflow

• A client administrator can add a trusted external domain.

• A trusted external domain (also known as a trusted site) is a website that Rival Workflow trusts to be secure. A trusted site comes into play in task instructions when a task contains a link to an external website.

• Use commas between domain sites.
• An asterisk can be used as a wildcard in the domain name.

• From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

• Click the UI tab.
• Scroll down to the Trusted External Domain setting.
• Click Edit.
• Move your cursor into the Trusted External Domain box and press the End key.

  The cursor moves to the end of the last entry in the box.

• Type a comma and then type the domain name.
• Click Save.

  After changing a setting, changes are applied after you select the restart option or after the nightly system recycle occurs.
